Joy Ride

The annual Joy Ride event is a celebration and fundraiser honoring the life and heavenly birthday of Mary Joy Moosman. The Joy Ride begins at Troup High School, Mary Joy’s alma mater, and concludes at Johnny’s Pizza, the local spot in downtown West Point, GA, where Mary Joy worked and brought joy to those she met. Joy Ride participants are encouraged to decorate their vehicle with pink, purple, or bows. All vehicle types are encouraged to attend! At Johnny’s Pizza, there is a birthday celebration that includes music, pizza, and cupcakes. All proceeds from this annual fundraiser go directly to the Mary Joy Moosman Foundation’s scholarship fund, to Bring MARYment and Spread JOY  by supporting students through educational scholarships and acts of kindness in our community.
